Saxbyho zp?v mi p?ipomíná song Pull No Punches od Pressure 28. Na konci songu je celkem fajn kytarové sólo. Textov? to moc nechytám, ale myslím, ľe to je o n?jakym kámoąovi, co se vykaąlal na ostatní. No One Provokes Me je rychlejąí a p?ímo?a?ejąí, ale vejde se to po?ád to st?edního tempa a úst?ední riff je klasická punkovka. Textov? je to o tom, ľe nikdo, kdo vás bude provokovat, neujde trestu. Jinak obal ukazuje asi práv? ty bejvalé kámoąe, kte?í se na vás vysrali a jsou z nich jen panáci v obleku. Jinak co je uvnit? nebo vzadu, to nevím. Tohle se The Warriors povedlo a já tam osobn? cítím návrat ke starąím v?cem alá Cross to Bear.

Next single from The Warriors is out on Dutch label Aggrobeat Records and US Rebel Sound Music. 500 copies are on yellow and red vinyl divided to version for USA and Europe and it contains two songs Dead to Me and No One Provokes Me. Dead to Me is in slower/middle rhythm and the main riff and Saxby´s vocal reminds me song Pull No Punches from Pressure 28. At the end of the song is fine guitar solo. Lyrics are about some friend who leave the other. No One Provokes Me is faster and more straightforward classic punk and it is about the fact that if someone provokes you he won´t escape without punishment. On the cover are the ?friends? who turned into wankers in suit. I can´t tell you what is inside or on the backside. I like this single because it reminds me their previous stuff from Cross to Bear era.

The Warriors might have been the first Oi! band I ever saw live with their debut album ?The Full Monty? being one of the first ever Oi! albums I ever bought at that same show. And to be honest, that is also the only album I own by them, and that record is from ?96! 18 years and tons of releases under their belt later I received a promo for the upcoming 7? ?Dead To Me? which is a co-release by Aggrobeat Records and Rebel Sound.

 

Although a lot of things can change over 18 years The Warriors? sound is still somewhat the same as when they started. There?s a more power into them, but they still hold that classic British Oi! sound as you would expect from these veterans. On side A you find the titletrack ?Dead To Me? which will be featured in the upcoming movie ?Gatwick Gangsters?. As the title of both the song and movie might suggest this mid-tempo track has a dangerous sound to it with a nice guitarsolo to top it off. When you flip over to the B side you get a more uptempo song called ?No One Provokes Me? which is also a good track with lot?s of melody into it.

 

If you are a fan of The Warriors you will enjoy these new tracks without a doubt! But with just 250 copies for the American market and 250 copies for the European market, both in a different colors, you might want to hurry up on ordering this bad boy because the labels just got them in!
